We are looking for an AI Developer to design, build, and maintain intelligent software solutions that use machine learning, generative AI, and automation to solve real business problems. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven applications and services.

• Integrate machine learning and generative AI models into web, mobile, or backend systems.

• Build and maintain APIs, workflows, and data pipelines that support AI features.

• Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimise model performance.

• Evaluate, test, and improve model accuracy, quality, and response relevance.

• Work with structured and unstructured data for training, fine-tuning, and inference workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can add business value.

• Monitor AI solutions in production, including performance, cost, reliability, and security.

• Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in software development using languages such as Python, TypeScript, C#, or Java.

• Strong understanding of APIs, backend development, and system integration.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, or cloud AI services.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-based systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of databases, data modelling, and scalable architecture.

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimise AI applications in real-world environments.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants.

• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, containerisation, and serverless architectures.

• Experience with RAG architectures, fine-tuning, or model evaluation frameworks.

• Familiarity with security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
